Founder and Principal Writer
Allison Boyd has nearly 20 years of experience in grant writing and project management. An active member of the Grant Professionals Association, she is one of only 24 Grants Professionals Certified in Texas. She has expertise in all sides of development, from fundraising campaigns to proposal implementation, ensuring thorough and concise applications.
Marissa Wolfe
Grants Development Quality Assurance Specialist
Marissa Wolfe has over 15 years of non-profit experience, including fund development, leadership, program implementation, and marketing. Formerly the Executive Director of Keep US Fed Montgomery County, she has worked with organizations such as Girl Scouts, United Way, and disability advocacy groups. She excels at connecting innovative programs with strategies and funds to create community impact.
Rachel Cagle
Grants Associate
Rachel Cagle holds a BSFCS degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia and has Master’s work in Public Administration. She excels at analyzing RFPs, researching programs, and writing and editing grant proposals. Her passion for writing and making a positive impact is contagious.
Janice Dover
Grants Management and Compliance
Janice Dover has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and over 15 years of experience in project and program management across various industries. She focuses on detailed planning, project tracking, and effective communication. Known for creating training programs and managing compliance, she has extensive experience with high-budget projects.
Pat Duboise, MBA, GPC
Grants Associate
Pat Duboise, with over 20 years of grantsmanship experience, specializes in health, human services, and the arts. She holds degrees from Georgia State University and is an active member of the Grant Professionals Association. Pat is dedicated to mentoring new grant professionals and researching solutions to burnout in the grant profession.
Lytrenda Moore
Grants Associate
Lytrenda Moore has extensive experience in organizational leadership, grant development, and program management. With a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, she excels in communication and teamwork. Her expertise includes researching and explaining services, establishing policies, and helping organizations achieve their expansion goals.
